Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping) will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 3:00 PM PT.
 

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
 

Charm Cosmetics accepts orders being shipped to U.S. and Canada destinations only. We're sorry, we are unable to accept orders being shipped to other international locations.

If you are shipping to any destination in the U.S.(other than California), sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California.

Standard Shipping - Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: orders destined for P.O. Boxes will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
2nd Day Shipping - Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.
Overnight Shipping - Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

We want you to be happy with your Charm Cosmetics product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are allowed on unused products.  Simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.  Return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1 (949) 494-2224. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
